Visionary landmark architecture

Thanks to its self-confident and unmistakeable architectural language, VoltAir creates contrast to the surrounding existing buildings. The mock-Cubist, three-dimensional façade is broken up by the glazed horizontal recessed terrace. The terrace opens up the building to the city around it and allows the interior and exterior spaces to flow effortlessly into one another.

Landscaped courtyard and terraces

With its bright terraces and spacious courtyard, VoltAir offers a natural oasis of calm and airy meeting areas in the heart of the city. VoltAir thus stands for a great place to spend time and is an ideal refuge for relaxed breaks and creative al fresco work sessions.

Extensive roof terraces

Three spacious roof terraces offer spectacular views across the city and are also protected areas for tranquillity and retreat, communication and chance encounters.

Urban mix between Mitte and Mediaspree.

Berlin – International metropolitan centre for visionaries and idealists. A place which stands for aspiration, change and the future like no other. In the middle of this vibrant metropolis VoltAir creates a bridge between the extremely dynamic Alexanderplatz office market, the up-and-coming Mediaspree district and the city’s highly sought-after residential quarters.

The location marks Berlin’s new urban centre and the nearby Alexanderplatz is not only of remarkable historical importance. As a transport hub it provides superb and swift public transport connections throughout the entire city. The numerous large-scale projects such as the Alexander Tower and the luxurious Grandaire residential complex are opening up further new and interesting possibilities.

Museum Garage, Miami

The façade of a multi-storey car park designed by J. MAYER H. und Partner located in the Design District of Miami is known as XOX (Hugs and Kisses) and blurs the lines between architecture and art in impressive fashion.

Environment and building in symbiosis: the headquarters of Germany’s largest private university was constructed on the site of a former goods station and its intricate lines, bridges and ramps pay homage to the infrastructural context of the location.
